Charlottie Wallin-Salesperson--Charlottie Wallin of Grant passed the Nebraska Salesperson Real Estate examination on February 1, 2006 and is now an active real estate agent in the state of Nebraska. Wallin began working toward her salesperson license in December 2005 and successfully completed the courses Real Estate Principals and Practices, and also Finance through Larabee School of Real Estate in Lincoln. Wallin is now affiliated with Daiss REal Estate in Grant. Wallin is a native of Chase County, and has lived in Perkins County for 37 years. Thirty of these years she has served as the Chief Program Technician for the Perkins County Farm Services Agency in Grant. Wallin retired from the position in 2004, but said she missed working with the public, and that is why she decided to pursue her real estate license. Wallin and her husband, Dan, who is a retired farmer, live in Grant. Wallin has three grown sons and five grandchildren.
